In my response to your enquiry, I will indicate availability and also request a deposit and explain how to securely make a deposit required to confirm a booking.
Booking of 6 days or less, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s rate for each apartment booked. Booking of 7 days or more, we require a deposit equivalent to two night’s rate for each apartment booked
In the event of a cancellation within two weeks of the booking date or no one arriving, deposit retained will not be refunded.
