In my response to your enquiry, I will indicate availability and also request a deposit and explain how to securely make a deposit required to confirm a booking.
Booking of 6 days or less, we require a deposit equivalent to one night's rate for each apartment booked. Booking of 7 days or more, we require a deposit equivalent to two night's rate for each apartment booked
If booking is cancelled 2 weeks or less from the arrival date, the full deposit amount will be forfeited. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks + 1 day or more from arrival date, the deposit will refunded minus 8% of the deposit amount to cover administration cost.
